From the Brooklyn Queens Expressway:

Take the Prospect Expressway exit. Prospect expressway ends into Ocean Parkway South. Go approximately 2 miles to Ave. L. Make a left turn onto Ave L for one and a half miles. Make a right turn onto Nostrand Ave. SeniorCare is in the middle of the block on the right side.

From the Belt Parkway West:

Take the Flatbush Ave. North exit. Continue on Flatbush Ave. for approximately 2 miles. Make a left turn on Avenue L. Go approximately 10 blocks and make a left turn onto Nostrand Ave. SeniorCare is in the middle of the block on the right side.

From the Belt Parkway East:

Take the Ocean Parkway Exit. At the light make a left turn onto Ocean Parkway North. Go approximately 2 miles and make a right turn onto Ave. N for one and a half miles. Make a left turn onto Nostrand Ave for one and a half blocks. SeniorCare is on the left side.
